Cindi SullivanIn the ten years that I have owned my home, I have had my heating and cooling systems serviced by a number of companies, but none of them can compare to the service your company gave me!

The service technicians, Oakley and Dewayne, were so friendly and enthusiastic about their work, not to mention the fact that they have had intensive training in their field. They analyzed the performance of the units and actually gave me quantitative measurements of the efficiency of the units and then went to work on sealing the ductwork and making adjustments so that even my older units work better—and of course, all that efficiency translates in to lower energy costs –saving me money in the long run. They were both very professional and answered all my questions with confidence.

But it really was the common sense stuff that impressed me the most-they replaced a leaky condensation pump that all the other companies had just ignored and moved drainage systems to more practical locations. Oh, yeah—and they insisted that I get rid of the squirrels that had taken up residence in my attic before they replaced all the damaged insulation. Boy, am I glad I'm not sharing my home with squirrels anymore!

I'm looking forward to the peace of mind that having a company I can trust like KLM do my annual service and any new installations that I need. I will definitely recommend KLM with complete confidence to anyone that needs help with their heating and cooling systems. You guys are the best!!!

Paul RogersThis is just a note to you to let you know what your company has done for me since contacting you a few weeks ago. If you remember correctly, I had issue with parts of my home being much colder than others. I can't imagine what else your guys could have done. They were fabulous, thorough, and relentless. They examined and cleaned the furnace. Then, after taking precise measurements at every register, they went into the duct-work and redirected the force of air to distribute heat more evenly through the house making my cold spots much warmer. But they hardly stopped there. They did everything from inserting insulation in the basement (even in hard to reach places under a crawl space) where cold air was seeping in through exterior walls, to re-distributing insulation that had been disturbed in the attic. They sealed the edges of the basement windows and covered them with plastic. They even found a place where cold air was getting into the house where cable and electrical wiring were coming in from outside, and plugged up that leakage. They made common sense decisions and took action. In addition they were patient with my novice questions, very professional, friendly, clean and courteous. I would definitely like to take advantage of the yearly Preventive Maintenance program with KLM and highly recommend your company to anyone!

The problem I had initially had mysteriously disappeared upon his arrival but Tyler did not give up on problem solving and leave as many techs might have done.
